Our first year.....

After forming the band in late 2017, Wyre Forest Big Band became 'real' in 2018 with our first public appearances!

​

Our very first public gig was at a glorious garden party at Winterdyne House, Bewdley in aid of Cure Leukemia with over 100 people attending. We then followed this up by helping Sanders Park in Bromsgrove celebrate its 50th Birthday, which was a great community event. 

​

We ended the year hosting our own concert, and were overwhelmed that so many people came out to support us at our first 'at home' gig, and not only came to watch, but dance as well.
